Fitness One - Norman

The staff there is just overly nice. It is just incredible how nice they are. They are not like other gyms. They are so helpful. The staff there is one of the main reasons why I go. With most gyms, they can be like, "You do not belong here," or whatever but not in there. They are really great. And then, the facility is always clean and it is open 24 hours. Most of the country is going through this huge horrible cold storm right now and it was just really crappy outside three days ago and everything was closed and even though they did not have any staff that was able to get in, the facility was still open. No one was manning the front desk but they left the facility open so that if you are able to get to the gym, you could still go in and use the equipment and everything.

They are pretty nice. It was clean and the people seem to be helpful. They have classes that you can take.

What I like about the facility is that it's close to my house. It's large and very clean. The staff is friendly. They give educational seminars on the equipment and things like that which is very helpful. They have trainers there and I have used them as well. I don't really know about the price because I've never been to other gyms before.
