They are very professional and kind. Did great work - quickly and quality work.

I called first thing this morning, and Casey answered. I told him what the issue was and he said he could get to me later today. He arrived at about 1:15 pm and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I was able to resume working in my office again! He also answered some questions for me about installing a generator.

Only part unhappy with, so far, is that he ran the cable lines but did not put the face on them (not all rooms had cable connected at this time, so will have to cap off on my own) and some of the plans that we discussed initially were not done (but, in his defense, I have not brought this up to him-it was that all backyard lighting was supposed to be controlled by either their local switch or all by one switch in the living room) .   He was very nice and liked seeing that he actually walked through his thought process with his 'journeymen' (or whatever they are called).  Only a few minor issues with final inspections, which he fixed quickly.   Service included placing 2 ground plugs, which came out at the expected location.   In my opinion, for a whole house, these are very few and minor issues and doesn't affect the feeling that he did a great job and has some very nice and knowledgeable crews that he uses if too busy to get out timely.

The service went very well.? He was very busy but he stayed on top of things.? He was there when I needed him.?I would say?I?choose him because?he was in Norman and he had great ratings.? He is very professional, he was always on time and the prices are good.

We couldn't be happier! The work was done quickly and professionally.  After installation, by the technician,  the owner came to our house after dark to adjust the positions of each light, making sure we were satisfied.  He took his time, ensuring everything was perfect before leaving.  We are planning to install more lights in our flower beds and will most definitely call Firefly again!

Very well. He was able to get to the task faster than expected. Completed all of the work quickly and was pleasant. The price was reasonable too.

Working with Firefly was incredibly easy. I had several other contractors come out to give estimates, and Casey was the only one who stayed, looked around, asked questions and tried to get a better sense for what I wanted. His price quoted to me was much cheaper than the other estimates I received, and he stuck by that quote. He laid out exactly what would happen during the install day, which took a full day and a half, but our power was back on by the end of the first day (just as he said it would be). The Firefly crew worked flawlessly. After they were gone, I couldn't tell they had been at my house. A few days after the install, the inspection was approved; no issues there. Casey is very knowledgeable in the trade, reasonable in price, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Firefly and will be using them for any future electrical work!

Called first to let me know they were on their way.  Showed up with tools ready to work.  Worked promptly and pleasantly.  Even accepted debt card payment.  They best!

Wonderful, They called me back about an appointment, they were on time as well as called me and let me know. They were very professional especially with my 6 year old around.

He did a really thorough job. It was stuff the city inspector had to approve. He spent a lot of time that he did not bill extra for to try to make the inspector happy. The inspector kept asking for things that were beyond what the code was. He just went above and beyond and did not charge for the extra time. He did a real thorough and complete job. When he was done he made sure I knew how he redone the fuse box and the wiring to be safer and what to do if there were problems. He was great.

They were prompt, professional and cleaned up after they completed their work.  Excellent experience and I was very impressed with their courteous attitudes.

Because I'm replacing a picture window with French doors I needed to disconnect service to two under-window outlets. Recommended by my realtor (Doug Bergman), Casey McDermott and Garry Krueger took time from a very busy schedule to drive to OKC from their base in Norman; they arrived at 9:30 a.m. and were finished with the four projects by 11:00 a.m. They knew in advance there would be other work and while here they hung two ceiling fans (about 15 minutes each), rewired a ground-fault exterior outlet which had shorted out, and suggested I not move a dining room fixture but rather simply swag it with a new hook. These guys are quite professional and left the work areas in a clean and workmanlike manner.
