They are horrible. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with because their service department is terrible and they lie to you, and they don't keep their commitments. I actually sold my car, so that I don't have to deal with them anymore, and I bought a Toyota. They are unfriendly and their customer services is terrible. I talked to three sales people and sales manager in the service department and all three of them will give you different stories, and that happened more than once, but the last time was the final. I would never use them.

Ferguson never fixed the problem I had with my car. There is no communication with this company. Then charged me a high rate and never got it fixed.
