In February of 2009, we traveled from Europe to locate our retirement home as we were planning to retire in Norman.  Due to Doug's efficiency and excellent attention to detail, we were able to look at over 30 homes in 3 days and found a dream home.  However, due to unethical actions on the part of the seller, we pulled the contract.  We came back from Europe in April to start the search again, and again, because of his high efficiency and superb customer service, we were able to review 40 homes in 4 days.  And within a short 6 day period, we were able to find our dream home and close the deal with the sellers.  Doug was instrumental to ensure that we could move in within a week of returning from Europe, which is indeed what happened.  The house was in perfect condition and we were very pleased to receive a housewarming gift the day that we moved in.  Doug has continued to follow up with us over the last 3 years to ensure that we are still very pleased with our purchase, and we have since recommended him to a few of our friends, all of whom have been very pleased with the referral.  What has been very helpful for us is that Doug has been in the community for over 35 years and is very well connected, which has been a value-added benefit to our home purchase.  Lastly, Doug took our requirements for a dream home and was able to find something well beyond our dreams within our price range.  I highly recommend him as a real estate agent and as a rental agent and property manager!
