"Customer had never done any maintenance, updating, patching, etc., on her computer. Customer knew next-to-nothing about how to actually use and maintain her computer, and was unwilling to learn. Worked hard to restore a totally messed up, aging Windows XP machine back to something usable, and succeeded. Customer expressed satisfaction when job was completed. No complaints were mentioned when I left and, as I always do, I offered further assistance with additional questions and/or problems, but none were mentioned. I have been repairing computers since 1984 and have many hundreds of satisfied customers. I am totally shocked that this person has left a negative review, especially NINETEEN (19) MONTHS after the work was done!"
