Absolute worst car wash ever. Rude and awful customer service. They broke my back windshield wiper on my SUV. While it was going thru the bay I saw it hanging completely down and broke in half. They tried saying it was like that when I came in and asked if I'd like to see the footage so I said yes. First they tried to show me video of my car in the wash bay and it was broke at that point. I told them I wanted to see video of when I first came in and in the video it was clearly NOT broken when I got there but yet they kept saying it was. After arguing with the guy, I told him to go look in the bay and see if the missing cap off of my wiper was in there, and sure enough he walked out with it in hand and tried putting it back on my car but it is completly broke and the whole assumbly has to be replaced. All they would do is offer me 2 free car washes. I will never put my vehicle in there again. I also told the guy that my back seat and cup holders were not vacuumed, and he told me that the 3rd row is not included in their $35 ultimate wash. Since when is the entire car not included in a wash? At this point I'm out $60 for my wiper.
