Showed up precisely on time with all the necessary equipment. Got right to work. This was the first time I have had my carpets professionally cleaned, and I couldn't ask for anything better. They did a great job - and the price was amazing.

They arrived on time.  Asked questions regarding each room.  Removed pet stains.  Very professional.  Offered to come back if I was unsatisfied with carpet after they dried. I have used other carpet services before but none have cleaned my carpets as well as this company.  Definitely will use them again.

This company was so easy to schedule and work with. After purchasing the Angie's list deal for carpet cleaning, we realized that we needed the sofas cleaned as well, along with the rugs - Clean and Dry was happy and willing to work with us to get a fair quote for the work, completed it quickly and in the time we needed. The carpet looks like new and the couches look way better than they did.

I am totally unsure of the date of service. I know that I used this service for probably 2 or 3 months, once a week cleaning. From the beginning they were late, shorthanded, rescheduling, and missing several areas that needed cleaning. When I advised the manager of the poor quality I was receiving, she would send workers out to clean it again the next day or so. That was a problem for me too since I stayed home when they cleaned and now they were taking two days to do one cleaning. At times, they would be very late without calling. I would call the office and be advised they had some kind of problem. After spending the entire day waiting for them, manager would call and ask to reschedule. Another day waisted! I sent text and pic's to manager describing the unsatisfactory service that I was receiving and she gave several poor excuses for the quality I received and she sent the girls back to clean again. The last two times this happened, the girls had a very bad attitude and acted as though I done something wrong and I could hear them talking about me when they thought I couldnt hear. I finally had to fire them and would not recommend them to anyone.

The service was good. Everything was good. They came and cleaned the carpets and once they were finished, I could tell the difference in the carpets. They were also very nice. Their punctuality and professionalism were great.

While I will say that the guys that did the work were extremely nice, accommodating and patient, I'm honestly not sure what I paid for with this service.
After they vacuumed the carpets they went thru the house with a pressurized sprayer that supposedly had a carpet cleaner and deodorizer in one and sprayed the carpets. The main reason I had called them was to get rid of the dog odor (not urine or feces) from the previous owner. However, they didn't get the carpet really wet enough to soak deep into the carpet and they had no extraction system. They were using an old scrubbing system.
When they were done I could still smell the dog odor in the master bedroom and a little in the living room. So they sprayed more deodorizer and then left. The stuff they used was strong enough to mask the odor for only a day or so. Afterwards it smelled like their deodorizer and dog - which was worse.
So once the carpet was dry (which took 2 full days) I vacuumed with my vacuum and pulled out 6 FULL canisters of pet hair, dander, dirt, etc. It was disgusting. I'm not sure what their vacuuming even did, and no I don't own a Dyson.
I also ended out buying my own steam cleaner and when I cleaned the carpet, the water was absolutely filthy. It seems that their scrubber was just grinding the filth down into the carpet even further.
Thankfully, the smell is nearly gone now that I got rid of so much dog hair, dander, dirt, etc and was able to pull their deodorizer out as well.

The person sent to clean the house was not interested in the quality of service and did not spend very much time. We were not satisfied with the treatment. I have had carpets cleaned before and this was average. However, the company was quick to answer and return calls and work with our busy schedule.

They did a wonderful job and I will use them again.

After consulting Angie's List, I chose Clean and Dry. From the initial contact to set up the appointment all the way to the end, I could not be more pleased with the service! Our carpets had been highly neglected and with dogs who at times don't act like they're housebroken and a couple of cats who don't like to take their hairball medicine, we were skeptical that anything or anybody would be able to get our beige carpeting back to it's original color. Clean and Dry was our answer! They were able to get our carpeting looking and smelling better than I could have hoped and the drying time is reasonable enough that we didn't have to leave the house all day. They even gave us a quote to return in a few months so we can maintain the look we have today. My husband and I had considered putting in tile, but with the carpets looking the way they do now, we can hold off for a period of time knowing we can call Clean and Dry because they did such an amazing job! I cannot say enough about the pleasant experience we have had!

Everything went well, and Stacy did a great job with the work. He is very knowledgeable, very personable, and knows a lot about the carpet cleaning business. I really appreciated that the tacked down the living room carpet, too.

Excellent service and nice folks. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in 5 years, and I live with 2 dogs. Upholstery had never been cleaned, and I bought the chair in the '90s. Arrived on time. No complaints.

Great experience from initial contact to completed work. Scheduled me quickly and according to MY schedule. Very friendly and respectful. Did a great job and carpet was dry when I got home from work. Next time carpets need cleaning, I will call them again.Extremely satisfied.

Company was punctual; the staff was extremely friendly and efficient and did an excellent job. Stacy was adamant that if there were any problems that we found later, to call and he would come back and fix the issues. There were only a couple of locations on our tile that needed to be redone (our tile most likely had not been cleaned in 6 years; we were the second owners, so it was very, very dirty). I called Stacy to let him know that there were a couple of areas that needed to be redone; he responded to my voicemail within an hour and came the next day and redid some of the area to make sure everything was covered.
I'm very impressed with their policy of following up and their policy of quick returns for phone calls and quick turns for appointments. I can tell that the company's culture is one of complete customer care and 100% customer satisfaction. Highly recommend the company!

When I called I was able to set up an appointment soon, with plenty of time slots to choose from. They arrived close to the scheduled time, and got the job done in about two hours. The citrus smell was strong but not unpleasant. They got some very dirty carpets nice and clean; only a couple of tiny old spots (which I had been been unable to remove myself using resolve) remained. They moved the furniture themselves, and were pleasant and respectful. The carpet was dry within a couple of hours, and none of the furniture got wet. I was pleased.

I called Clean and Dry to set up the appt., but after scheduling the appt. and canceling some events for the appt. 20 min. before arrival time, Kathy, owner/mgr. of the co. called and canceled the appt., requesting to re-schedule next wk. I said no, I had to have the cleaning done today, since she canceled yesterday. When the cleaning staff didn't arrive until 1 hr. past the appt. I telephoned and was told they would be arriving anytime.

I was informed 2 gals would work 2 full hrs. giving me 4 hrs. of work. I was also informed that the cleaning crew would do whatever I asked (w/in their guidelines). When they arrived I noted I desired only dusting/vac., since I do much of the cleaning myself. w/the exception of the mstr. bath, where I was asking to have the shower and floor cleaned, but I had already cleaned the vanities, etc.

They were here for less than 1.5 hrs. and as they prepared to leave, they had NOT touched 1 of the rooms...there were only 4 rooms which they were cleaning---LITERALLY! Both of the gals spent a great deal of time going to/from their car-getting drinks, etc. I would NOT have minded had they done what they came to do. However, when they left there were huge dust bunnies just sitting in the center of the room...not under furn. or in corners, but in clear vision. They also left all kinds of debris on the rugs (we have hardwood floors), so the dust bunnies are apparent. Also, w/only 2 persons in this home, it doesn't have a lot of debris, but weren't having a party tomorrow and desire to have a clean home.

I voiced my concern to Kathy while the crew was here and she insisted that they are her TOP TEAM. Oh my goodness!!! What if she had sent the B team out???...this was some of the most careless work I've ever seen. Items were dusted around, instead of being "picked up"...not worth $40, let alone the $80 which I spent.

It went great. My 1st call was returned promptly, we were able to quickly schedule a mutually agreeable time, Stacy showed up right on time and got the job done right the first time.

Overall it was Stacy on the floor of my kitchen with some mysterious grout cleaner that works wonders. He is one of the most polite service people that I have ever hired

I called on the Saturday of the holiday weekend and he was out bright and early Tuesday morning. He did a fantastic job, getting kids' stains out of the carpet that I thought would never come out. He was quick and efficient and I could definitely have him back out.

Called Stacey and he got the job scheduled in less than a day. Was early to the job site and completed the work thoroughly and on time. I am a landlord with multiple properties and have used this company for 5+ years and am just so impressed with the quality of the work.
