The realtor I used is very informative of the area and was able to get us good information. She made us feel comfortable with our choice since we were moving from out of state.

We have an appointment with her tomorrow. She's very personable and understanding. She'll show you 10,000 properties if you want her to. She works with reasonably priced homes. She is good with foreclosures. So you can get a property for less than it is actually worth. She's just all around good.
