They are nice people who do poor work.  I've had at least three leaks in the roof and two were immediately after installation.  I called to have them fix the first couple and after that I felt exacerbated.  I found another leak in the master bedroom closet recently.  Gary said he'd call Chad and get back with me that night.  That was several days ago and I still haven't heard back.  I have never written a review before but was compelled to for this company.

First the rep( Gary) who came o my home was kind and courteous and professional.. until i gave them the insurance check... Then i didnt hear a word from them for  two months...repairs were not completed in a timely manner. Call were not returned..  they replaced my garage doors with wrong sized, uninsulated doors that didnt even fit.. then tried to cover it up with some plastic trim on the outside.... they had to redo the doors twice... Chad (the owner) also owes me an ipad they were offering as a special to getting your roof done. After 2 solid weeks of calling about my missing ipad, i'm just done. Going to see an attny tomorrow to sue them for breach of contract and insurance fraud

Very professional.  They did an excellant job and will use them again in the future.

They were great. They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling. They were on time and very clean. It was a two-day job. They completely tore off two layers including the wood shake and left it clean the first night. They finished the job the next day. The work went very well, and the roof looks great. I am happy with the price too.
