I had a flooring job where we'd planned on using pergo flooring but had to switch at the last minute to vinyl because our concrete subfloor was uneven. A very helpful saleswoman from Mill Creek (another place in town) helped me find flooring I liked but unfortunately they were unable to get it to me quickly and we wanted to finish this job before Christmas house guests were arriving. I desperately called around too see who could get the flooring quickly. The people at Carpet Center were extremely professional and were able to get the materials quickly and at a slightly lower price. They also delivered the materials to my door which was very impressive.
All in all, I would say they are very professional and easy to work with and I would definitely call them again. I believe that they are a small family-owned business.
