Pest Control
I think I chose them because they were cheapest. If you have any problems, they will come in and take care of that. If you don't then they will just spray around the house. I haven't had any bugs since they started. They come and go and I never know they are here.

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment
The yard looks good, and there are no weeds. I have used Dandilawn by Atlas Professional Turf for a few years and their prices have been pretty consistent. They don't come at a scheduled time, which is fine with me, because I can tell when they have been here.
