I could get in. They change the oil in a timely manner and I pay the bill. There were no problems with it. It’s the closest place to where I live. I took the car in; they took it right back and change the oil. I would take it back there because it is due for another oil change. It’s probably where I will take it. I’ve used them one time and I had no problems with it. The pricing was good. It’s the cheapest you can get it done anywhere. We always have a coupon. If you go there without a coupon, it’s a little higher.

I needed to have the water pump replaced as it developed a sizeable leak. From my reading on the subject, it appeared the water pump replacement was linked to the timing chain on my vehicle; therefore, I considered it more of task than I could handle myself. I was able to drive the vehicle to the dealership and the water pump was replaced within a day. Lucky for me I had a coupon from Nissan that provided a discount for the repair.

We purchased our 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchback from this dealership in August, 2012. The purchase included the first year of maintenance free, so, to date, none of the routine manufacturer recommended has cost us anything. That being said, we can judge them very highly rated on other qualities above and beyond price so far. The best thing about scheduling appointments so far has been the ease of getting an appointment on days and times that are convenient for us - including saturdays! Also, the service area is clean, accessible, and they have always gotten us checked in efficiently.
On two of our last three visits, even though they had a lot of cars ahead of us, the oil change and service inspection took under an hour! It's a great set up, and we also appreciate the friendliness of the staff.
If you're a Nissan owner like us, we recommend it.

My car is so new and is under warranty so I take it to them as I purchased the car from them. I have no complaints about the service. They made me a promise that if I buy a car which they put it for sale then they would put a rear view mirror which had a backup camera in it and then which they didn't do that for me. So that's why I brought it. I cannot drive too many miles as they are 100 miles away from my house and I wouldn't go back there if the oil changes weren't free.
