I've used them for years. Decades in fact.

It is still not working. They said it had this and that. They said not to use this and that and ran it a couple of times. They did some stuff and identified the problem. Recommended this and this and that was it. It was a service call. They were nice and polite. They made some recommendations but they were not successful. They charged us handsomely for the service call. They said the packets caused it. Basically they said this is the problem and we did what we can. Do this and it may fix it. It certainly was not an A. I thought they were a little high. They had 2 guys and said this thing is really clogged up and messed up and we cleaned out what we could. we think it is there packets. Run this cleaner 2 or 3 times. She did it and it makes no different. the bottom element of the dishwasher still does not work. You never know I am sure they are sincere on what they said. We wound have been better to apply the $85-90 on a new dishwasher. I called one day and they were there the next. I think they were willing to come the same day. Their call back and time was very good. There was  a window between here and here and they were here within that window. The only thing was the end result. They were nice they were punctual. But in the end they did not do anything. They were nice and polite they came out. They were a little higher than I expected. They did not fix it and it does not work. The end result was not great.

Repairmen arrived on time and were very polite and informative. Was able to get an appointment within two working days. I was very pleased about that. Fixed both washer and dryer and they both work like new. The total cost including parts and labor was $201.05. I 've used Bob's Appliance Service before and have been very pleased with their work each time!
