Mark was great! My only concern is that he is so busy (probably because he is so good!) that it was several days before he could come out. Luckily, that was't a big issue this time. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and cleaned up afterward, all for what we felt was a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again!

They were good even though they had to come back out. The thermostat still was not working right so they had to come out and put in a different one but they did not charge extra or anything.

Mark returned contact promptly & was very professional. The part had to be ordered, but the range was returned to partial functionality during the waiting period. I have recommended Belden Appliance Repair to others already, and I'm calling today for a dishwasher issue. Top notch.

We were having trouble finding someone who could come fix our dryer in a reasonable time frame. Mr. Belden agreed to come out promptly. He was busy the day we talked, but gave us an appointment for the next day. He arrived when he was scheduled to arrive. Found the problem quickly. Replaced the part and had us up and running in record time. We believe he is very honest and a hard worker. I was VERY pleased and would call him again.
The only problem we've had with his service is reaching him. He often doesn't answer his phone and is slow to call you back if you leave a message. We were about to move on to another repairman, when he finally got back to us.

As usual, I had to leave a message, and as usual Mark returned my call rather late in the evening (about 9:30), but very politely. He schedule a time a few days out, arrived a bit early for the appointment, spent a good while looking over the oven, and then replaced two heating elements using parts he had in his truck. This solved our problem for a very reasonable price; he charged half of what replacement elements cost online. And as always, he was just the nicest, most conscientious person one could wish for. It's well worth waiting for Mark's rather late call-backs, because there's no one else I'd rather have working on an appliance for me.

He used out of the box thinking and came up with a creative, inexpensive fix for the refrigerator. The service has been holding up. There were no complications. They were very friendly and efficient.

Mark called me back the same night I called. We made an appointment and he arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. He already had a pretty good idea of what was wrong and fixed it relatively quickly and without making a mess of my kitchen. He added an improvement that he said "may" keep it from happening again AND his price was reasonable. This is the second job he has done for me. He looked at a washer that was broken when I moved and gave me an estimate on repair. That particular job cost too much and it was cheaper to buy a new one but he did not overcharge for the service he did perform.

Our refrigerator went out after normal business hours during the heat of the summer, causing us to lose a lot of food. We called Belden Appliance as soon as we created our Angie's List account that evening and saw that they had great marks/grades. Thankfully, Mark called us back that evening even though it was late. He arranged to come out to the house at 9am that next morning and fixed the problem (bad motor) within 20 min of his arrival. It may have been a routine fix based on his knowledge, but having our fridge back in service was great for our family!
