ALPINE IMPORTS

I was able to get my vehicle into Alpine Import Auto Service and leave it overnight with the repairs scheduled for the following day. Luckily I have a lifetime warranty on transaxels through Autozone so I delivered the transaxel with the vehicle and the repair was completed successfully: no more noise due to the wheel bearing going bad and of course the transaxel boot leak was repaired as well.

Shop exterior and interior as mess and unorganized. Took 30 minutes just to fimd my ticket and at first they couldnt remember where my car was.

nHometown service was needed after experiencing problems while traveling and after diagnosis by a Mini Dealer away from home. Mike diagnosed the same problems as the Dealer and confirmed that both horns needed replacing but found that the windshield washer pump only needed to be reconnected rather than replaced. He quoted prices from his sources for the parts needed, but I found and ordered them at a lower price from another source. He was OK with that and installed them and, as expected, provided no warranty on those parts. While the car was in his shop he inspected and observed other potential problems and advised me of their condition and action to follow up on their condition in the future. I was very satisfied with his work and his dealings with me in a very professional manner.
