My 2 yr old washer wasn't spinning the water out of the clothes. I called alpha omega and spoke to David who told me to try resetting by unplugging for a few hrs and see if that worked in order to save me $ on a service call. It did not work so he scheduled a service call for a few days later. Randy showed up right on time. He was polite, personable, efficient, seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained the problem, gave me some advice on how to prevent it from happening again,  and repaired it. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. I felt the price was very fair, especially since we live on a ranch at least 20 min from their location. Such a relief to know I have someone reliable to call for appliance repairs. The repair other appliances as well as washers and dryers.

The two men we talked to were both pleasant and knowledgeable and very helpful. After speaking on the phone with the owner his son-in-law/employee came promptly the next day. The owner had asked about our issues and had assured me that these were all four easily remedied. And they were! The young one came and within an hour or so he'd repaired the leak in the freezer (which had been leaking all over the floor), the agitator in the washing machine (which had been unable to handle a full load), the horrid sound the dryer had been making and identified the problem with the LG refrigerator. He said he was certified to work on this brand and ID'd the problem of frozen water in the line which leaked down under the vegetable bins. We had emptied out the fridge, using coolers and left the fridge and freezer doors open for 24 hrs. All the frozen water eventually drained and we have had no more problems with the fridge. He said it could happen again due to the way the LG is designed, but we know what to do now! He had thought that he'd have to come back the next day for a part he needed for the washer or dryer (I don't remember which), but communicated with his father-in-law and voila! The owner showed up w/the part so there was no waiting or need to return. Very happy with the whole thing. We bought a fridge surge protector for $50. on his recommendation and it probably saved our fridge from frying because the very next evening we had a downed power line which fried my Roomba charger, the dishwasher's mother board, the clock on the electric range and burnt the fridge surge protector.

Our fridge would stop cooling on occasion. I called David and he gave recommendations on how to resolve without him having to come out to our house, and us incurring additional cost. Once I had tried everything and the problem continued, he ordered the part and came out to install. Seemed very nice and honest. He treats you the way he would want to be treated, which is the way to run a business.

We have used Alpha Omega for MANY years to repair our appliances. We also have a home in Florida and have had a really difficult time finding ANYONE to repair our refrigerator. My husband called David to get his advice. David was able to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem and told my husband what part to purchase and how to fix it. I will NEVER use anyone else for our appliance repair needs. Not only does David know what he is doing, he is a really good man. Thank you David!!

I called about our refrigerator ice-maker that was no longer working. He suggested that since our fridge was only 2 years old that the water line was probably just frozen. He told me to leave the freezer door open for a half an hour and see if that worked. It did! We will definitely use Alpha Omega in the future.

David tried a workaround to save us from having to buy the part, but ultimately we needed it. His price was very fair and he is very accommodating. A real professional.

The owner answered our call which was after hours (I suspect from home), couldn't come that night, but came right on time the next morning. He was efficient, professional, polite, and from all appearances, honest. He did his work, and then went back to work. We were very pleased.

I called when in March and described the problem. I was talked through troubleshooting and when frost was discovered on the back of the freezer it was recommended to unplug and completely defrost the freezer for 36 hours. After defrosting I reconnected it and it worked fine for about three weeks. When the refrigerator started warming again I noticed frost on the freezer and called back to Alpha Omega. They came out the next day, examined the system and found the heating element burned out. They ordered a new element and returned to replace it a day later. Great customer service and work. Very responsive.

David Bendure came to the house and checked out the freezer. He said based on the age of the freezer it wouldn't be prudent to fix it - be better to buy a new one and also gave advice to plug electronic mother board appliances into a special device--like what you use for your computers and TVs--said this might have saved our fried mother board in the freezer.

He only charged $50 for his services and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needed appliance repair. I may be a bit off on the date he came out but he was great and I don't say that about very many repairmen.

David is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We will hire him again.

David was prompt and went straight to work. He was efficient with his time and did a great job. He's friendly and competent. We have other work for him to do and will definitely use his services again! The price we paid included the cost of the new garbage disposal as well as his time.

My dishwasher flooded my kitchen floor. I called Alpha Omega based on Angie's list reviews and was very pleased. The men were very nice and knowledgeable. They ordered the part for me, then replaced it two days later. Great service.

They charge $75 hourly and are very good. I give them all A's.

Dave calls about 30 min before the appt time. Comes in and gets right to work all the while having a light conversation with you. Getting to know how the appliance has been acting for the last month or so. After his review of the machine, he gives you a exact quote for the job to be done. Giving you the option of going forward or not. I found this very refreshing. Most people do and then tell you how much. Cleans up after himself and leaves the area the same way he found it.
