Auto Transmission Service
I was driving to Norman, OK from South Dakota. During a stop for gas, something happened with my gear shift, so I could not shift into park, or the low drive ranges. I took the car in to the transmission shop the next morning. The technician there said he could look at it in the afternoon, and call me with an estimate if it was bad. He found that some bolts in the steering column had come loose and fallen out. He replaced the bolts and used loctite to keep them from loosening again. He also charged just the minimum charge.
I had taken a 1985 Dodge 4wd truck to them in 2007 to get a front universal joint replaced. Being from out of state, I wasn't sure where to take it, and they were close to where I was staying. The owner at that time, Bill, knew of a place that specialized more in that type of thing, so he took my truck over there, and did not charge me anything for looking at it, or for taking it over. That is why I went back to them this time, plus this time it was a transmission related problem.
I would highly recommend using this business.
