Loved the windows, but they just installed them. Seemed that they blamed me for the cracked I noticed when they were unloading. Communication and courtesy would help.

They were out here, and did me an estimate. In fact, there was an error, and they fixed it right away. They did a professional job. They were great. They said they were going to be here, they were here. They were very professional, the clean up was great, they did everything in a timely manner, and did everything they said they were going to do. Hopefully I don't have to, but I would use them again.

I met with several different glass companies to get bids on replacing the glass in a remodel that had sat vacant for a decade. The window seals had failed and the casement windows were all large. I've used Binswanger, Metro Glass, City Glass, and Jem Glass in the past, as I formerly owned a construction company. 
Accent Glass had the lowest estimate, was prompt, and did an excellent job. They were communicative and punctual. One of the local companies wouldn't even come out to give me a bid without charging me (!!!). Accent Glass was lower by thousands of dollars than the competitors. 
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Company had replaced a broken window pane. Seal on replaced window failed after 6 months. Company came out to replace window & then discovered that the failure was due to incorrect measurements. Because the new glass had been cut to the original measurements, so they had to recut the new glass, requiring another wait of a week and another missed morning of work for me. Installers also did not clean up after themselves.
The company's work is OK and the staff are pleasant. However, the lack of attention to detail is concerning.

This is the second time I use them. The first time I called several glass service companies out of which Access glass had the best price. Most of all, when they knew that it had to be done prior to the closing of my home, they followed up on my order and had it installed right after the glass arrived. This time they gave me an estimate which I believe is a good price too. Everything went well except 2 panels of glass were broken during installation. It is probably due to the freezing cold weather on that day. Definitely not a good day to do work outside. They offered to re-order and install it at their own expenses. Overall I'm satisfied with their job and will definitely use them again.

They did a great job. Had to re-order the shower door as my wall was not square. Techs they sent to install.(particularly Preston). wee very kind, knowledgabl and experienced. They were very efficient and yet took time to answer questions.

Through no fault of their own, the window installed was not clean on the inside.  I called them back about an hour after they left to let them know I had tried to clean the window but that the smudges were inbetween the glass.  They immediately came back to my home and agreed that the window had smudges on the inside and thus defective.  They ordered a new glass and had it replaced in about a week.  I was very happy with their professionalism and willingness to correct this issue.  I will definately use them again!!

It took 2 weeks to get the repair done.  The price was high but not unexpected.

All in all, it was just OK.  I might use them again but would definitely check out competitors before doing so.

From the time I got them to come out to when they installed it was pretty quick.  The response time is not very quick. They seemed to be disorganized getting someone out there and scheduled.  They did a good job after I finally got them out.

I called Accent Glass because one of my windows leaked after a violent storm. Bob came out the very next day and took a look--he diagnosed the problem within minutes and told me exactly how to fix it. He said he could have someone come out and do it if I wanted that, but he didn't pressure me or try to sell me anything. I really appreciated his expertise and the prompt response to my call. I would call Accent Glass again, and go to them first for any future window-related needs. Thanks again, Bob!

I'd had some difficult experiences with other providers on Angie's list, trying to get this job done.  These people either did not call me back to they simply did not show up for the appointment!  I tried to give them a review - a negative one - so others could steer clear, but unless you've had a service provided, you cannot review them.  I guess that makes sense, except when you want others to avoid them because they are so unresponsive.
When I finally gave up on the others, I called Accent Glass who came out at the time they set for an appointment.  They were friendly and professional.  We got three of the four tops pretty quickly, but the teak table top was a difficulty.  The table has rounded corners which, as it turns out, proved to be hard to accomplish.  Accent Glass had to subcontract the work out to a company in Dallas that has the proper grinder of some sort.  The first delivery of the 4th piece of glass was a bust - the rounded corners looked like they had been chiseled and chopped.  It was delivered when I wasn't home and my husband didn't notice the corners.  (Do they ever ?)  I was leery about calling but when I did, they immediately said they would make it right.  And they came the very next day, acknowledged it was not right and offered to let me keep the bad glass while they ordered a new one.  
When the second piece came in, we thought it was perfect, but after it was cleaned and laid on the table the technician from Accent Glass found a ripple in the glass itself - they took that one back, too.
The third piece was - and is perfect - and I am thrilled to have it - to be able to use the table in an office environment without worry.
Accent Glass was professional and responsive throughout this entire matter; I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

They ordered the window and called me when it came in.  They called me to set up an appointment but had some emergencies and got back to me in about 4 days. Two installers came out the day they called.  Installed the window. Collected payment and left.  Very professional and friendly.
