All I had to deal with registering the product, the customer service was really good. We didn't get an individual quote with them, it came with the house.

Our central air condenser was turning on and off but not cooling. We called A-1 because there was a sticker on the A/C panel indicating that they had installed it, and because they were able to schedule an appointment for us 1 day earlier than a couple of other service providers that I called. I provided A-1 with the make and size of the condenser unit. They gave us a two-hour window (11-1) for service. I asked them to call me before they dispatched, so that either my husband or I could run home to meet them, but they did not. Fortunately, they arrived at about 12:30, when I was home to eat lunch anyway.
The two technicians quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, then had to drive into town to purchase a replacement from a supplier because they were not carrying the right size. After they installed the capacitor, they hosed off the condenser unit and charged us $240 total. (I don't know how much the capacitor cost, but a quick online search suggests it is and lt;$100.) I did not make it back to work until almost 2, and had to work an extra hour to make up for the time (1-2) that I missed.
In summary, A-1 got the job done, and the techs were courteous. However, it would have been nice if they had called before dispatch, as I requested, and if they had been carrying the part that was needed (which they should have known since they were the original installers).

A-1 Electric, Heating and Air, Inc. were the installers of the original equipment, so they're the most familiar with how it works.

They were great. I purchased a house and they did some electrical work for me. They were very reasonable. I would use them again. They also do air conditioning work. They were very helpful and clear about what work they do. They were straight forward up. They were just great.

A-1 Electric Heat and Air were excellent. My 3-year-old was hanging around him, and he had him go fetch stuff for him, especially when he plugged something in, so he wouldn't get the idea to plug things in himself. He seemed to know what he was doing.

A-1 Electric Heat did not come when they said they would. I felt that they were not professional, and the supervisor never did the job that was asked of him to do. They didn't even clean the air conditioner. I would not use them again.

A-l Electric Heat and Air was very friendly. They did a nice clean job outside. I would recommend them to family and friends and use them in the future.
