Duane removed an old shower conversion which had leaked from the start. He stripped the walls to the studs, rebuilt rotted structure, reinsulated, installed perma-base cement board, constructed a curb, water proofed with pro-red water-proof, and tiled in a new shower. He also poured a new sub-floor and moved the drain to the center. He installed the shower plumbing fixtures, including a new vanity and sink and a new toilet. He repaired damaged sheetrock outside the shower, and retextured all the sheetrock walls. He also removed the cottage-cheese ceiling and retextured the ceilings. He then removed an old ceiling electric heater that did not work, and installed new recessed lighting, dimmer light switches, and floor tile. His attitude and professionalism were beyond reproach. The finished product is just beautiful. He was fun to have around.
