Kelly's Plumbing

We called Kelly's after other plumbers failed to repair our problem.  We had been charged a great deal of money by other plumbers and the problem still existed.  Due to the severity of our problem, Kelly's fit us in immediately after finishing the job he was on.  He was upfront with us about possible repair needs, stating that it was possible that he might have to use a machine that was fairly expensive to use.  He was able to diagnose this most unpleasant problem and was willing to get his hands dirty to fix it.  He spent between 3 and 4 hours, digging up broken pipes by hand, visually assessing problems in the septic tank and the connections to it.  In the end, he did not need to use the machine and the charges were incredibly reasonable given the level of work and the nastiness of the job.  We highly recommend this plumber to anybody.  He is honest, experienced, hard working, and reasonably priced.

Kelly's did the plumbing in my entire house in 2000, did everything as cheap as possible. Have been having a smell out of my since for years now and found this last weekend that they didn't put the loop correctly from diswasher to drain. Always wondered why there was always water in my dishwasher. The hose was too short to put a loop, guess they skimped on that as well. I bought a nice long hose, no more smell and no more water in dishwasher. On the install, they also piped the water pressure tank incorrectly and put in the attic, the first winter it froze and leaked into garage. Everything they did was cheap and poor. I got a quote for pool plumbing in 2005, they quoted like $800. They did the job and charged $2700. I complained, they said, oops, should actually be like 15% more as they didn't add profit. DON'T USE THEM. My builder is mainly to blame but seems every year or so, I have to go fix something they did way back when.
