Dave was very courteous and responsive. After I had a trailer accident on I-35, I received a referral to his shop. He returned my phone call and allowed me, sight unseen, to have the trailer towed to his business. This was a great relief, as having a disabled trailer moved on a flatbed truck is very expensive, and also I was quite shaken up by the experience.
Dave did all the work listed above in such an excellent way that the repairs are very professional and not obvious at all. The new hitch coupler is the same color as the trailer, something I did not expect. He finished the work on the day specified to my complete satisfaction and the price was as quoted. Using Dave's shop was the bright spot in an otherwise miserable experience.
