"I just purchased a house. The house I was
renting had a management company so I called and ask if they could
recommend a plumber since I had several small needs for a plumber around
the new house and a slightly larger need for my water heater. He
recommended Epic Plumbing, said he had used them on several rental
properties with good results and fair pricing. I called and explained
what all I needed, he came and looked and gave me an estimate. I needed
to split the work up into two visits due to spreading the cost over two
pay periods. He came out, did the 5 jobs I chose for the first visit,
did them quickly, professionally and price was even less than he
originally thought. Very helpful and professional. We will schedule
the next appointment for next month.
I had to call him this week,
because the hot water heater's pilot was blown out during the high winds
the week before or just went out and we, three of us(-and yes we read
the instructions lol) tried to relight it without success. I called
Matt and he came by the next morning and was able to get it lit again
(and showed me what step we had "missed" ). He refused to take any
money for this short -educational visit.
I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber for any job - large or small.
