The Shower pipe started leaking yesterday, called the guys at All Good Plumbing and they were able to come out today and fix the leak with no problem. All Good Plumbing showed up when they said that they would and got right to fixing the leak. They did a great job and would use them again..

When I got up the day after Memorial Day I discovered that there was no water flowing in the house. After ensuring that the breakers for the well pump hadn't tripped in the night and that there was no obvious issues I began searching for a plumber. I contacted several different companies and received estimated dates of arrival of a week or more before they would come out. When I called All Good Plumbing I reached their voice mail and instead of leaving a message I decided to look for a different company where I could talk directly to a person.
About 10 minutes after that, I received a call from Kerry Wall with All Good Plumbing. He had seen that I had called and called back to see if I needed any help. I explained what had happened and how everyone else was telling me it would be at least a week before they'd come out. Kerry told me that he had a few people ahead of me, but that he'd be here within 3 hours.
True to his word Kerry and his crew arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes later. I explained the problem and showed them where the pressure tank, pressure switch, breakers and well were located and they went right to work. Kerry was methodical in tracking down the problem, instead of guessing and starting to replace components as other plumbers had done in the past he used diagnostic equipment to determine what was actually happening.
Within minutes they narrowed the problem down to the pressure switch. They determined that sometime when the switch was in the open position an insect had crawled between the contacts; when the switch was activated, the bug was electrocuted and kept the contact points separated which prevented the pump from turning on. They removed the switch and replaced it with a new one, then showed me the old switch with its occupant.
Kerry and his crew were professional and knowledgeable, working rapidly to resolve my issue. I will definitely contact these folks for any future plumbing issues and can unreservedly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber.

We have recommended them to many of our friends. We really enjoyed them and we still have their card in our refrigerator because we're going to use them next time. When nobody else could come, they were like "we'll be right over". It's a father son working together. It's a good family type company.

Kerry is very professional and knowledgeable. Work required digging in 105+ degrees, no muttering or whining, just got it done.
