I hired Steve Ashworth in February 2009 to build a small house. By June 2009 all I had was a little bit of concrete poured, a trench and some sewer pipe. He had many excuses, the weather, he was stuck out of town for several days and couldn't make it back or he couldn't get his workers out here and many times he said he would be here to work and never show up and stopped answering his phone. He also uses the name Adara Investments with a Newalla address. I paid him $61000.00 of the $73000.00 he was charging me.

I hired Steve Ashworth to build my new home after my home burned down. It was to be only approx. 1250 sq ft. I paid him $61,000.00 of the $73,000.00 he was charging me. I hired him 2-11-09 and fired him 4 months later. He left me with a trench and some sewer pipe that's it, no floor no walls no nothing. He would tell me all the time that he was on his way out to work and never show up and no materials were ever delivered.
