Doug (the owner/salesman) was prompt, cordial, and had a no pressure sales approach. He was knowledgable and honest. The estimate/cost was lower than everybody else (Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's, and another local place) and they had higher quality windows than most. Brian and Mark, the installers, were professional and nice guys to boot. They did a fantastic job. Their caulking was masterful! They had to redo the trim on the big bay window and did a good job with that. They didn't paint the new trim, but they told us that up front. The house looks much better and it's so nice to have efficient, smooth-sliding windows. It's much quieter inside too. We'd recommend them to anybody in Oklahoma.
