Randy came on a weekend when I did not have any heat. He was dispatched from my home warranty company which made my fee only $55.00. He called as soon as I made the dispatch and came over immediately when I told him what my problem was. He was professional, brought all his tools in with him, and showed me the piece that was causing my heat to stop. He was also very informative - letting me know everything he was checking and doing, as well as making sure I had the correct information on my heating unit, serial number and all. The problem was a quick fix, i.e., float for auxiliary drain pan, which he took off to allow the heat to flow and made arrangements to replace it at the beginning of the week. He was kind and considerate. I was very happy with his service and highly recommend him.
