Appliance Repair
My new dishwasher broke. I called the manufacturer and they put me in contact with these guys. They came, checked things out and said they had to order a part - it would be a few days. I called them once a week for a month. They kept saying the part was back ordered. Finally they suggested I call the manufacturer myself and get the part overnighted to my house. That was actually a very helpful suggestion. A different appliance repair company came out and installed the part today.

Appliance Repair
Mustang Appliance Repair charged $100 to replace a part in our freezer, but it didn't fix the problem at all. We hired another company to repair the problem, and they informed us that the freezer was actually under warrantee and we shouldn't have been charged for a repair.
