Mike's Appliance Repair

Mike was wonderful. It was a Sunday emergency call and he came when he said he would. He was neat and clean, as was his equipment. He did the job quickly, did not leave a mess behind him, and his price was reasonable. I recommend him highly!

We weren't real happy with them. We were trying to make a choice of buying a new one or repairing that one. We regret that we did not just buy another one. He came out to do a repair but it never worked right. Later we called him back and we should have done it sooner. He was doubtful that it was because of his repair. It never worked right after he worked on it.

Mike arrived exactly at the time he said he would arrive. He came in and looked at the washer to determine what was wrong with it. He quoted me a price before beginning work, he also informed me that some repair companies did not like to work on this particular Calypso washer. I believed what he told me because I had another repairman at my house earlier in the day and he refused to attempt the repair job. I had researched parts on the Internet so I knew that Mike's part prices were fair for this particular washer. If I have more problems Mike will be the one I call.

Mikes Washer & Dryer Repair was excellent. He was very honest and told me what I needed to do. He also told me what I may have to do in the future. He is very prompt.
