METRO SEAMLESS GUTTERING INC

This is the third house I had this company put gutters on, and the first time I had any trouble with them- They were supposed to show up yesterday, but never did. When Steve called me this morning to apologize and let me know he would be out today to put the gutters up, I told him not to be to my house until a certain time because I would not be home. Imagine my surprise when I pulled up 40 minutes before they were SUPPOSED to be here, and they were picking up their ladders and leaving! It seems they finished up early at their other job, and felt they needed to get this one out of the way. After a few conversations at a few different points of contact, I can say that I am less than pleased with the outcome of this entire transaction. The installers handled the situation rather poorly; and when I called and talked to the office, she (some member of his family) immediately got defensive about the installers.....and Steve called me and told me there is nothing I can really do about it since the job was done already AND that he is really "ticked" off that I got angry with the woman (the member of his family) on the phone. This was a whole mess, and I am less than satisfied with their professionalism and diplomacy. Needless to say, I will not be using their services in the future, nor would I recommend them.

Excellent service. Received a fair, written bid right away. Then, the gutter was scheduled to be installed quickly. On the day they were scheduled to install, they called to say they couldn't do it that day due to rain (and I concurred). They came the next day and completed the job. Real Professionals.

The crew showed up when scheduled and performed the installation on time and it was well done. They did an excellent job.

CAME WITH ALL NECESSARY EQUIP. AND INSTALLED NEW GUTTER IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

Price was fair. Quality of service was poor at best.

They were here on time and did a beautiful job of installation at a very reasonable price. I recommend their work!

They were excellent to work with... Estimate and work was done the day they stated; cleaned up after themselves; great work.

The experience was good. They came out quickly and put them on fast. They matched the paint color. They were less than half the price of the handymans. They were great!

We only had guttering across 3/4 of the front of the house (our house is 2492 sq ft). During the estimate, he factored in the amount to cover the 3rd garage as an option, which we decided on during installation without any problem. He explained reasons for downspout location and honored our wishes as to the length of spout. After a month or so, we discovered the guttering "sang" during high winds (we're on a hill). We contacted the company and someone came and added more brackets which fixed the problem (no extra charge).

I had to call a second or third time to get someone to come out and do the estimate, but when done, the estimate was reasonable. Once the job was scheduled, the workers showed up when they said they would and the job was done in a couple of hours. Quality of the materials and of workmanship was quite good. The bill I paid reflected the estimate exactly.

They called to tell me they were going to be just a little later getting here than planned. The supplier had given them the wrong color guttering and they had to go back and change it. They were here approximately 3 hrs and it looks great.

The men knew what they were doing and each had a job that they perform professionally. It only took two hours to do the job.

VERY FAST & COURTEOUS WORKERS, VERY NICE JOB - LOOKS GREAT, CLEANED UP YARD AFTER WORK DONE, ARRIVED EARLY AND WAS DONE 2 HRS EARLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were able to do it promptly but were delayed a bit by weather. It only took them a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. It hasn't rained yet, but they look much more effective than the ones we had.

The work was satisfactory. The company workers showed up on time and did good quality work at the estimated cost.

I would hire Metro Seamless Guttering again because they know what they are doing. They are great. If there are any problems they come back out and fix it with out charging any extra.
