KO Tile, Trim and Remodeling

Ken is great to work with and I would highly recommend him for just about any home improvement project. We had a really difficult winding stairway and he and his Dad worked their magic. No step or riser was the same size or angle and required customized carpentry for all 20 to create a new and very beautiful red oak staircase masterpiece. Ken is honest, hard working and dedicated to delivering professional and high quality service to his customers. Highly recommend!

They were willing to work our 3 small jobs in on a weekend which we appreciated. They arrived on time, brought all the supplies needed, efficient and well-executed repairs. They even did more than we asked by repairing a loose door jam near a sheet rock replacement. They removed and replaced a broken tile, went out of their way to make sure the grout matched. Communication was prompt and polite. We would definitely use them again.

KO was timely, told us everything as it was happening, if things needed to be changed he let us know promptly and why, and overall such a nice person with great customer service. The quality of his work is exceptional as he goes above and beyond and we have gotten so many compliments as well as we could not be happier with how it all turned out. KO makes sure each project he does is done correctly which is huge for us as we have been burned by others in the past. He was also very tidy and kept our spaces free from debris each time he was done for the day. If I could give him more stars I would!

KO is fare more than a tile company. They built the most beautiful kitchen island with custom pullout features that are the envy of my neighborhood. The entire job was done on time and with great care for my entire home. They were creative and easy to work with. I got more than was promised!

Because of their professionalism and quality of work, we hired them to complete our project which included custom cabinets, trim work, tile floor and Shower Tile. We hired KO for a shower wall tile job and they did a fantastic job. The walls look fabulous, and Kent and his Dad were so courteous in their interaction with me and in how they treated our home. Can't say enough good things on here, but if you get the chance to use them you will be so pleased!

I had a couple of broken/rotted door jambs/frames. Kent and his father were friendly, fair and professional, and I really appreciated that though the jobs turned out trickier than expected, they stuck to the quote they had given me. I was really pleased with the quality of their work!

I hired KO tile and trim several times. They installed the tile in many rooms in my house. Some of the tiles were very large and hard to work with, and they did an excellent job. They are very trustworthy and I do not have to babysit their work. They are self-disciplined and I leave them to their own devices alone in my house. They are efficient and the price is a good deal for the quality of work they do. I cannot say enough good things about this father and son team. I will hire them to do every future projects I have.
