Everything went terrific! They were on time, professional and offered me a fair price. I had to pay some of the cost and the insurance company had to pay some so I was very sensitive to price and I also wanted a professional company with all the proper insurance and licenses. You cannot even see where the stucco repair was done and re-painted. It's as if there was never even a big hole in the wall. I want to have my staircase re-stained to match my new floor and look forward to working with David and his team again soon!!

Over the last 27 years, my wife and I have had a lot of work completed at our beautiful residence in Carlsbad. I must say our experience with the Hathaway Painting Company was outstanding in all regards! David Hathaway's communication was excellent and always timely. If there were any changes he always assured a new change order was sent over or delivered in person and approved before moving forward. David was always on the site which allowed for face-to-face communication. As for the work, David and his two assistants did an excellent job with everything. They showed up when they said they would, they laid down tarps everywhere, they used fans to help speed up the drying process (used two coats of paint), and when they were done they cleaned up as if they were never there. Our project was done in two phases (living areas and laundry room). The laundry room was last and required flexibility on David's part to complete it because there was a down day in between the two phases. David's two workers, which have been with him for a while, were great. They were focused and did not mess around at all with the task at hand. As I said earlier, our experience with the Hathaway Painting Company from bid to completion was very pleasant and professional. With respect to pricing, David's bid was accurate, complete, and competitive. I had several bids, some lower and some higher but David's seem to be the best all around. David was also recommended to me by my floor installer. As it turned out, it was the best decision we made to use David and our floor installer because they had worked together on similar projects. I cannot say enough good things about Hathaway Painting Company...I am an individual that does my homework online and in networking. I strongly recommend the Hathaway Painting Company for any painting projects you may have. Thanks David and team. Doug
