Kevin came over the day after I called him, and he identified the problem quickly. The TXV valve had failed, and needed to be changed. Thankfully, Kevin did some research and found out the valve was under warranty, so I only had to pay labor. After fixing the valve, he cleaned the both outside condensing units to make sure everything was working properly. Kevin is extremely professional, and honest. I will use him in the future, and plan on calling him to do fall and spring checkups.
