We needed a building for our new RV. My neighbor recommended Callahan, because just a few years ago, they built one for them. The entire process was a pleasure. Israel was our salesman and he held our hand through the entire project. His team was outstanding. They were kind and respectful of our property. The building turned out better than we expected. We’re so proud of it and it is exactly what we needed to house our new RV. If you’re considering a building, get a steel building from Callahan.

Basically the building they installed was not at all what I was expecting. The columns and rafters they brought out were rusted and they installed them that way anyways. Most of the columns used for construction were spliced together (they spliced their columns from another job that finished so basically I got someone else's scrap steel installed) When they came out to install the building, they used ropes to lift the columns and rafters up like something out of amish country. To me this was very dangerous for the employees since it could have fallen if one person dropped the rope. Not to mention none of the employees had hard hats on which made me worry since I asked for a copy of the general liability and worker's comp before they started construction and never received one. There are a few spots on the metal that were scratched, but I did not bring up a fuss about it because I just wanted them to be done and gone. I spent around $100,000.00 with Callahan and I feel like I got a $50,000.00 building.

Make sure you hold out on the final payment until it is all dine. Be patienr, we started late spribg but due to rain. Heat, muktiple projects, etc, didn't finish until late July/early August. Their recommended electrician never called us back so we found another one to do the work from your list and will hopefully be totally comolete soon. Like the garage, but took alot longer than we were ked to believe and they were way more friendly when they were couting us than they were towards the end of the job.
