Most companies were going to take a week to come out to give an estimate. I have dogs so this would not work. Dale came out within hours of when I called. Gave a great deal on estimate, and in the same week I have a fence! It looks great and the people building it (yes building it, they do not use panels) were very kind and considerate with my dogs running around. Will absolutely use Affordable again.

From the moment the Affordable person left his pickup, it was a "what can I do for you" moment. He took down all the information on what and how I wanted the stockade fence to look and cost. The estimate I received was the best deal all the way around. Affordable fence then dealt with the city officials and came back with the building permit. The crew that Affordable Fence employees were at the top of their craft. They came in and built a first class fence. Affordable Fence is the best for the money and the best for their workmanship. Description of work: I had an outside fence installed for my side and back yard. It was installed in a historical neighborhood and had to meet certain code restrictions.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They gave excellent service. They put up a 100 ft Cedar Wood Fence and put it together screw by screw, with heavy steel poles. Very impressive. They also replaced my walk gate and another small fence at the front of my property. It was a very hot day and they worked non stop without even taking a lunch break. They cleaned up thoroughly once the work was completed. Thank you Dale for sending out two hard working young men.

Not much for writing reviews good or bad but these guys are real pros and I felt I needed to let others know. From Dale to his crew I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They showed up on time made changes I asked for and cleaned up there mess.
The fence is great. We are so pleased with the fence we are having them come back next week to install another 100 plus feet on the other side of our yard.

I walked the property with Dale Quigley prior to the placement of the steel poles, and I also marked the property for him. The day they placed the poles I got home from work with 4-5 poles a good 10 feet on my neighbors land. Needless to say those had to be moved. A short time after the install I had 3-4 loose poles and leaning panels. Dale was initially nice and he said they would fix it. Several months passed and he would always say the same thing that he would come out. Just today, a good year plus later it still has not been fixed, and he hung up on me when I called him to get things worked out.

"The customer did not meet with my crew when they showed up to start the job as directed. The boys went from one stake standing in front to a stake standing in back. They thought the two stakes would be the property marks. They didn't know any different. That is the reason for customers to walk the job with the crew. So customer can show crew exactly where to put the fence. Poles were pulled up and moved. A few months after the install we got several days of rain and heavy winds. He lived on a hill and wide open. When the ground saturated with water and the heavy wind pounding the fence, it made the holes around the pole bigger. Making the poles loose. That is not an install issue. The concrete ball around the pole is in place, not broken apart. The pole isn't loose because of lack of concrete or bad concrete job. It is due to weather related issue. It's a simple fix of digging around the pole and adding more concrete. I offered to do that for free. He has a sprinkler line that runs close to the back side of the fence were we would need to dig. I explained to him that when we dig on the back side of the pole we may cut the sprinkler line since we do not know where it is, can't see where it is and call okie will not locate a sprinkler line. I told him we would be as careful as possible but if a damage happened, he would have to have his sprinkler people fix at his cost. Every fence company out there is not liable for anything underground that is not relocatable by call okie. We do not have ex ray vision. He did not want to take the responsibility for any damage. So we did not do free repair. The offer was again extended just the other day to still do the repair free but again he refuses to take responsibility for sprinklers, dig up the sprinklers so we see where they are, or even mark where he thinks they are."

Crew was careful, diligent and exacting. Cleanup was good, but left about 2 dozen screws in the grass by the fence line. A strong magnet could have helped find more of these. I would use them again.

I have used Affordable Fence & Stain which is just wonderful. They are out of Mustang. They are fantastic. My fence is gorgeous. I believe it was about 4000 dollars. The job was excellent. I would give them an 'A'. I would absolutely recommend them. I would recommend their professionalism and their promptness. They were here every day prompt and very good. They cleaned up after themselves. They were just amazing. They only did 3 sides of my yard because it was so expensive to do. I not only had my fence put in but I stained it and everything. I just really did a good job on it. The man that did it for me was so kind and do you know, it is a lot of money and the fence on one side is still perfectly alright if you want to leave it. It is so ugly that I am going to have him come back and do that too. It is so good, it is great. I talked to 3 places. They weren't the highest but they weren't the lowest. I would absolutely use them again in the future of course. I think they are awesome.
