On November 22, 2014, I took advantage of the $59 for 2 Hours of On-Site service from Spark I/T Service by requesting the service through Angie's List. Robert Allen contacted me promptly thereafter and we arranged for him to come out to my house on December 2, 2014.
Robert arrived early and got right to work cloning my smaller older Solid State Drive and imaging the new larger SSD. He then physically swapped out the drive, booted up the computer and it performed just as it had before the swap but with a lot more memory and file swap speed. He also solved a few problems that prompted pop-up error windows.
Robert did find an error message he would have to do some homework on and said he would get back to me as soon as possible with the answer. As promised, he called me back a few days later, remotely controlled my desktop computer and quickly fixed the problem at no extra cost.
During his 2-hour service call, we had lots of time to talk shop while files transferred to the new drive, and I found him to be pleasant, polite and quite knowledgeable in his field of expertise! We also found that we had a few things in common too.
I highly recommend Robert Allen and Spark I/T Services to anyone who has a personal computer, business or network! I will use his service in the future if needed.

Robert was so great! I was frantic because I just started back to college and am taking online classes & my computer went down! I contacted Spark IT & spoke w/ Robert. By the end of that day he had my computer up & running even better than before! So grateful and the price was so reasonable! Cannot Thank Spark IT enough!
