 + -1 moreThey put pressure on me to sign the release form without me checking it. I would recommend that people check their items are all there before signing a release form, or DEFINITELY do not sign the release under any circumstances before checking your items. This way you still reserve the right to be compensated for lost items.
Description of Work: They moved 2000 lbs of items for me. Moved into storage facility, and then they wanted me to sign off on a release form. They said they checked to make sure everything was there, so I signed it. I then found that my computer chair was missing. I called them about it, but they said that I signed off and therefore claimed everything was there. They told me I could make a list of all missing items, but that they were not liable and would not be responsible for refunding me for the missing chair since I had signed the release form.
