David was very knowledgeable, and I liked the fact that he had my best interest at heart. Not to mention he was $1000's of dollars less than other quotes. He owns the business and does the work himself. So, no huge overhead or company profits to deal with. We made the deal and he left to pick up all the parts and came at 8am the next day and removed the old water tank, and rerouted all the plumbing pipes, and vent pipes and water lines and installed the tankless unit. And it works great! I have a 15-year warranty on one of the best units Rheem makes that qualifies for a $600 tax rebate as well. He did a super professional job that is clean and respectable. I am super stoked to have met and hired David and now have a plumber for life that is awesome and that I can trust. David never asked me for a dime until he had completely finished the job and had cleaned everything up. I highly recommend David. He is an awesome person! A+
