The work went far better than it would have with a technician less capable. All work was done according to schedule, in a timely manner, and Aaron was always very professional. He was willing to spend at least 2 hours without charge to explain to me the nature and extent of the problem, what would be needed to fix it, and how it would be fixed.
This winter I had an unrelated problem in one of the units and called Sensible Air to check it out. I found out THEY WERE NO
LONGER PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL SERVICES and received a referral to another provider..
