Mr Pope met with me & the insurance provider. The insurance provider wasn't going to get on the roof to begin with but when Mr Pope showed them the evidence of issues thoroughly, the insurance provider was willing to pay for a full new roof & guttering. Mr Pope was on time, dependable and willing to work with me to understand the details on the roof and the insurance based on his nearly 50 years of experience. Neighbors stopped by to tell me how quickly, efficiently and safely his team worked, as well as the quality of the product. They cleaned up thoroughly, as well, and were done well within the agreed upon timeframe.
