Mark's Heating & Air Conditioning

We had this company install a new HVAC system in our home. We kept contacting them that our system wasn't cooling. Mark kept adding more refrigerant. He even serviced our system twice. He later advised a prior employee that worked on installing our unit that there was a leak, but he thought he got it fixed. This was 9 months later. And we were never advised. When the prior employee came out he found out the leak wasn't repaired. He fixed it. But Mark called and asked him if it really needed refrigerant, which it did. He then tried to charge us for the refrigerant. He canceled a prepaid service agreement which he refuses to refund. Don't use this company

I called on Friday morning. He was at my house by noon. Started the job Saturday morning around 9 am replacing furnace, ac unit, and coils. Completed the job around noon. Great Job!!

Mark was great! Knew exactly what was wrong within 10 minutes, finished in 20 & it wasn t even close to what the Key people said was wrong or necessary. Personally I think Key just wanted to put in a new unit hoping I would file on my homeowners insurance.

Great job, just don't let him start engaging you in a conversation about politics. That alone makes me want to avoid him, although I probably will use them for my future AC tune-ups.

On the hottest day of the summer season so far this year, our A/C went out. Although it was after hours, my wife and I looked for contractors through Home Advisor...Ryan called in response to our online inquiry immediately and offered to come out that moment even though it was 10:00 in the evening. Knowing the unit was 26 years old, I surmised it was likely beyond its useful life and would require replacement. Ryan showed up at our home within about 45 minutes with his partner JJ, and the owner, Mark, arrived soon after. They confirmed my suspicion, and they all worked until after midnight to haul out the old A/C and heating system to replace with brand new equipment for $5900. Within hours, my home was back to a comfortable temperature. The level of responsiveness, care and execution to deliver timely results was impressive. Wow Mark was great

Turned my A/C on for the 1st time this season and No Cold Air was coming out. I called a local company who said they are charging overtime rates unless I wait for three days, I said No Thank You and went to www.homeadvisors.com to look for a service professional who would be available today. Of the multiple companies listed by Home Advisor I chose to call Mark's Heating and Air Conditioning first because of the more than 100 reviews of which almost all were 5 star. They answered the phone when I called, came out within an hour and had Cold Air flowing through my vents shortly after they arrived. They were professional and kind and the service call fee was reasonable. I will be calling them in the future for All my Heating and Air Conditioning Service Needs. I highly recommend Mark's Heating and Air Conditioning.

Mark was remarkably friendly and made sure we had all the information we needed to understand the system he was installing. He made sure to keep us updated on what they were currently working on and gave us estimates on when his crew would be finished. He really seemed to genuinely care that we were uncomfortable without a heater and made it a priority to get it up and running for us. He even offered to grab my wife a drink when he made a Sonic run for his guys! Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Mark and his team replaced the HVAC system that stopped working and ended up replacing it with a larger system to service the size of our home more efficiently. With 3 years of living in the home with the old system, and being cold in winter and hot in summer despite the system running constantly, the system Mark replaced it with made an unbelievable difference. The home is so comfortable now with the correct size system installed per Mark's recommendation. The same day installation, attention to detail, instruction on how to work the system and price, were all 5 star. Highly recommend Mark and his team.

Mark said there was a leak in the system. He said that the valve covers were loose causing the leak. On second thought I don't understand how that could have been the cause as the cover doesn't secure any pressure. He was fast and not careful about locating the problem. He missed the worst leak, and I had to hire another company who found the actual leak and solved the problem.

Mark called & came early, fixed my AC to make cold air. This in less than an hour & for a great price. Highly recommend him!

Mark was very fast to come by and look at our AC problem. It was a heater & air handler problem. He installed a new one the same day that I called him. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend him and his associate.

I was happy with his priceing and his knowledge . They were on time and very efficient. The only issue I had when trying to call to ask a few more questions about the unit before the next day all I could find was an old phone number. So that is why a 4 in customer service. Answered all of my questions satisfactorly the next day. I would use him again .
