hauling services
+ -1 moreTerrible. At 3:35pm (Friday) we called to see if they were coming. The person (older gentleman) answering the phone simply hung up. Couldn't believe it. Called back...and hung up on again. This is after waiting all day without so much as a courtesy call.
Description of Work: Company was to haul away a household item for $50.00. We called and received estimate on Wednesday. At that time we were told they would pick up on Friday morning. Called Friday morning to confirm and were told "you are on the list."
