McBane Roofing/McBane Metal Works

I contracted for the job in late November and the metal roofing materials were delivered on December 9, 2017. Stephen McBane told me it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the job. As of March 12, 2018, the roof is still not complete. Some work was done on the detached garage, but not on the actual house. Stephen McBane either didn't show up as he would promise or would say he would be there to work a "full day" and show up late morning or around noon and leave about 3:30. Mostly, he just didn't show up. I paid a deposit on the quoted labor charge and prepaid for installation materials, but despite repeated requests, was never provided with receipts and have never seen the lumber, etc. that was to have been purchased. After trying to work with McBane for nearly 3 months, I hired another roofer to complete the job.
