+ -1 moreThe roof itself was satisfactory however one of the vents was dented and was advised that they would replace it at no additional charge. It was never replaced or followed up on. The roof itself looked good we thought. BUT, to our misfortune we didn't have the need to paint the house until 4 years later and when we did, we found several tight places where the shingles had previously been removed and our trim had been severly splintered without any attempt to repair it or even tell us. We were horrified to say the least. Mr Roof Inc had done our mother in law's as well around the same timeframe and after finding the damage, we checked her's and sure enough it was the exact same way. Will NEVER use again or recommend!! We learned a VERY COSTLY lesson to BE SURE and check the work being done THOROUGHLY especially where it meets the house!!!
