called Pam wednesday,she advised they couldn't get anyone out till next day,which was fine.I asked for after 2pm if possible,she said I will call you when the techs are heading your way,Pam called at 2:30 ish,those guys Mike and Ramiro were here in 15 mins,They replaced broken spring ,adjusted door,lubricated all moving parts,answered any questions I asked,I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This company is wonderful. They respond quickly and they know what they are doing. Our garage door opener broke yesterday afternoon. We called at 8am today and they were there by2 pm to install a new opener. On time and great quality work.

One of our garage door springs broke. Called Moore Overhead Door to set up an appointment. Service provider called before coming and arrived during the designated time (afternoon). Did a good job, finished quickly, didn't leave a mess.

Great experience. From calling to set the appointment to the work being finished. 2 workers replaced the broken piece. They also adjusted all the garage door pieces, oiled and greased the parts that needed it, and made sure the door opened and closed as smoothly as possible. Quick, friendly service. They are my first choice for any future garage door work.

I've had Moore Overhead Door replace garage doors in two different homes. Tony and his helper did the last installation in our current home. They were professional, punctual, and treated our job as if they were installing in their own home. They even gave a couple of our other garage doors a little first aid to help them open more smoothly. Wish all service providers could take lessons from this company.

They gave me an estimate at that time and told me when it would be in. Once it arrived I scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and installed the door in about an hour and removed the old one.

Showed up on time worked hard. I asked to take a break because the garage was hot and we couldn't get the air flow at door. He wouldn't take a break I left on the a/c lower it so he could get some air. Job came in 2 cents off quote very happy.

Awesome service! Moore Overhead Door bent over backwards to use my existing opener and parts to make everything fully functional without forcing me to spend tons of money on a new door, opener and parts! While they were here, they installed a new opener on my 3rd car garage door, which previously had no opener. They were on time, quick, professional, extremely communicative, and very professional. The installer went out of his way to install everything as inconspicuously as possible, too, by doing everything possible to avoid having unsightly wires running all over my garage. I could not be more pleased with the experience!

I was was going to buy a new one. Technician said he could just rebuild my old one and make it like brand new.

They're very pleasant over the phone. They told me exactly what it's going to cost, exactly when they would be there. They showed up, and put the door in. It worked perfectly and exactly as they said, and being in a tornado-damaged area, I was expecting a long-line wait but we had it in in less than a week. I was grateful because of the security it gave our house. It was easy to work with them. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant, and very helpful. There were no hidden costs, and once the installation was done, they made sure that everything that they didn't work on, like the garage door opener worked and so forth. I was very pleased with everything.

They're just great. They'd been out to work on the door since they installed it. They're very good. They're punctual.

They're excellent! It blew me away that they were so honest. They didn't try to charge me a bunch of parts and stuff. They just told me the few little things I needed and that was it. They trusted me to send them a check and I know that you can't do that with everybody. They told me I could pay half of it, so I told them I would give them the other half in the next two weeks and I did just that. I paid them off and sent them a letter telling them how wonderful they were. I will call them before I'll call anybody else.

I picked three companies from Angie's List for a quote for a garage door opener. Moore Overhead Door was the lowest with the same brand and type of opener. I scheduled a day for them to install the opener. They called to confirm that day and arrived on time. I discussed with Paul the problem with the opener. Paul suggested some things but could not quarantee them to work. Paul and his partner was very friendly, helpful and very professional. They answered all the questions I had. They installed the opener in a timley manner and cleaned up after the installlation. I am very pleased with them and will use them again in the future!!!!

He did a good job with this project. They were able to fix our issue. They actually got here early and kept a very clean work space. They were very polite and they were priced very well. I was very pleased overall. I would recommend them.

On Saturday, June 18, 2011 my garage stopped working and would only move up or down an inch when you pressed the button. At times the garage door would just shake violently after pressing the button. After unhooking the door to use it manually the noise would become more pronounced. Interestingly, this garage door opener is not even 2.5 years old (house was finished in December 2008).

I contacted Moore Overhead Door on Tuesday (6/21/11) afternoon to schedule an appointment to have someone come check my garage door (Genie installed by home builder - Home Creations). I waited until Tuesday for the simple fact that I was waiting to hear back from the original installation company used by the home builder. They came back with a ridiculously high estimate (over $300). The appointment was scheduled for a two-hour window of 2p-4p. James and Jose showed up around 2:45p, which was not a problem. A woman from the company contacted me roughly 30-minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. The guys checked out a few things and after hearing the noise the garage motor made they immediately said there was a broken gear inside of the motor. Of course, this is not fixable and James said it wouldn't be recommended for the simple fact that Genie garage door openers are poor quality and never last. Luckily, I was prepared and purchased a Chamberlain garage door opener from Lowe's (at the recommendation of the woman who scheduled the appointment). James and Jose went right to work and took down the old garage motor and installed the new one. James even offered to program my vehicle (but mine isn't cool enough to have a home link system). They were at my house for approximately one hour. Both were professional and explained what they were doing without using jargon. I would highly recommend this company to other people experiencing issues with their garage.
