I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Jamie and Innovative Comfort Solutions. My furnace went out overnight Friday. I called one of the providers with an "A" rating on Angie's List on Saturday morning and was quoted $750 for this repair, which I strongly suspected was higher than what is reasonable for the part and labor. I found Innovative Comfort Solutions via a posting on Nextdoor. Jamie arrived within an hour of my call. He had to order the part, which was not available locally, but he kept me informed until the part arrived and he treated my problem as important, even though it was a fairly minor repair. His estimate was substantially lower than the first estimate I received (I hadn't mentioned that I had received an earlier estimate). Overall, I am very happy with the integrity and diligence I observed from Innovative Comfort Solutions. I plan to use them for any future heating and air conditioning needs that arise and am happy to recommend the company.
