Initially received a bid of over $5000 for this work. I told them thanks but no thanks. Tad called me and reworked his bid to $2600 and I supplied the cans. In the end, he charged me $4500+. I should have stuck to my THANKS BUT NO THANKS> You really need to put everything in writing with this vendor or you will get a big surprise at the end.

I contracted Bliss Electric based on feedback from Angies List. When my wife called them she explained that I had already trouble shot the issue and I felt there was a fault somewhere in the ground as everything else checked out i.e., the hot tub and breaker. Two younger gentlemen showed up to do the work and the journeyman electrician was in an arm sling due to a collar bone injury. I applaud the man for working through it but when you are paying an hourly rate it's not something you want tosee.
They spent several hours diagnosing the problem although we had already stated there was a fault in the line. Initially, we were told it was the hot tub, then they changed their opinion to the breaker which they didn't have on their truck and an hour passed while they waited for it while the clock is ticking on my bill. When the breaker arrives, they determine that the old breaker was working after all. They eventually diagnosed the problem as a fault in the buried line which is what we told them in the first place.
I end up getting a bill for over 400 bucks for them to give me the same diagnosis I had already made. The bill included a and quot;new breakerand quot; although my old one was still in place. Keep in mind that nothing is and quot;repairedand quot; at this point. I complained to the owner and he was very cordial and professional although he only knocked the bill down to 300 which I was still not thrilled with but what do you do at that point? I went ahead and dug the trench and allowed them to come out and lay the line which I then buried. My total bill was 997.00 which I believe should have been less based on the events of the first visit. The work they finally did appeared professional and everything works as it should.

They were prompt and professional. The new hood works very well.

I have used Bliss several times in the past for electrical services; they have never disappointed! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will used them again when I need electrical services.

Bliss did a very professional job in less than ideal conditions. They had to struggle through several inches of mud under the house in order to insert the outlet to the east wall of my living room as well as run the Romex wire to my back electrical breaker box. While they were under the house, they identified two separate plumbing leaks that were responsible for all that mud. Thanks to their detective work in finding the small leaks, I managed to get a plumber to come out and fix the problem! That information turned out to be more valuable to me than the electrical outlet.

I liked them okay and still see their trucks everywhere. I think they have been around for quite a while and I am sure a lot of people have used them. If they were not good we would not have used them.

They came pretty quickly and they did a good job. The guys were nice. I am going to use them again in about a month in my kitchen.

They have done great work for me. They are punctual. They are very fair and they stand behind their work.

Everything was great from start to finish.

They did the work for the whole backyard and when the lights run at night, it looks like broad daylight in the house. It’s a new computerized one. We are very pleased with them and we always use their services. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

Bliss came out and took the electricity off and routed it through my cabinets and did it all. They used too long of screws in my cabinet and it went through the wood, to the outside of my woodwork. Through my solid wood cabinets. When they put all the stuff back where it went, they put it in wrong and my dishwasher door didn't close. Just a big mess. They came to try to fix it and didn't do it correctly. They didn't bill me for the second time, but I wouldn't use them again. The guys tried to rip me off and the manager told me that it was much cheaper than they said.

Bliss Electric sent two people to the house, and waited for 5 hours in my driveway for a part to be delivered, even though their shop is only 2 blocks away. I was charged for the entire 5 hours they weren't working, and for both men.

I like Buss Electric because they are professional and they wear uniforms and don't use bad language. They explained to me what the problem was and they were willing to work. I would recommend them.

Bliss Electric took their time about doing their job. Any kind of communication with them was very hard. They tried to double charge us for work that they did and are still trying to get money out of me for something they didn't do. I would not recommend them.

I have used Bliss Electric for quite some time and really enjoy their work. They have done multiple tasks for me. They can be a little pricey but do great work and really know what they are doing.

Buss Electric was very professional and went out of the way to meet our scheduled needs. I found them to be excellent with their work and would use them again.
