They were really great. It went very well. They did a pretty good job. They came out after I gave a long address. The guy towed that and it started raining. They worked at the rain and got it out for me. They were really good to work with.

We locked our twins in the car with both sets of keys (yes...no clue how the car locked, but it did). Tried calling On-Star and they denied us since we never renewed. Called the police and they said they could break a window but that was it. Googled towing in Moore and fell upon American. I called and spoke to the dispatch and there was a truck sitting in front of our house within 10 minutes. The gentleman knew what he was doing and had the door unlocked within a minute, and even added they wouldn't be charging for the call! I will definitely use them again and send out referrals. Amazing response time and job well done!
