Our renter tore it up really badly and so, he was fixing holes in the walls and what have you. We're getting ready to probably use him again. If someone was considering using this provider in future, I would tell them to get everything in writing. For the most part, he did a good job. They had to scrub the walls before they could paint. It was unbelievably bad. He is a typical contractor. They don't always show up because they're working other jobs at the same time and I understand that. He always called us back. We never had a problem that way.

Chris and his crew responded promptly to my estimate request and was ready within the week to get started. His crew was very respectful of my property and did a good job of cleaning up when finished. The job quality was excellent and I was very satisfied with the finished product.
