I've used this title company twice now and both times I've been dissatisfied with the communication. The people failed to communicate the HUD-1 information in a timely fashion so funds could be brought to closing. This most recent experience I tried multiple times to contact them prior to the closing appointment and they never communicated back. I got the closing numbers for the certified check from the realtor about 45-min prior to closing. This is unsatisfactory! I tried for at least 24-hours prior to the closing appointment at the title company to get this information. They said they emailed it, but never received it and we'd communicated successfully via email for the weeks prior to the closing appointment.
